On 29 January 2010, the Award Ceremony for the Sino-German CSR Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme in Hebei was held in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. All totaled thirty representatives from the central, provincial and local governments, pilot companies, the Sino-German CSR Project team and members of the media participated in the ceremony.

Mr. Miao Yanmin, Vice Director of WTO Division, Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Zhao Jinqi, Vice Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce and Mr. Rolf Dietmar, Director of the Sino-German CSR Project,  delivered opening remarks. Two pilot companies presented the results of their PPP Programmes which had been in effect from November 2008 to December 2009, and representatives from other companies shared  changes in their own companies. All participants joined discussions about the programme, which they agreed was impressive and successful.

The ceremony was concluded by awarding certificates to participating pilot companies.
