The Migrant Worker Capacity Building and Better Factory Project is a two-year pilot project. It is designed to address the lack of relevant training and information prior to migration, through bridging the information and needs gap between training schools in migrant-sending provinces and garment supplier factories in migrant-receiving provinces. The project provides needs-based training to migrant workers prior to migration and facilitates trained migrants’ employment in factories.
