In November 2008, the GTZ and Bertelsmann Stiftung co-organised the roundtable “Developing a Harmonious Society – How Can CSR and Strategic Philanthropy Contribute?” This high-level event was held in Beijing and brought together domestic and international CSR experts from the private, public, and thirds sectors to discuss the country’s most pressing CSR-related issues and exchange information.
